Do I need a marriage license before coming to Just Vows?
Yes. Nevada law requires a valid marriage license before any ceremony can be performed. You can obtain yours from the Clark County Clerk's office. Visit weddings.vegas for requirements, hours, and instructions.
Do I need to bring a witness?
No — we provide the required witness as part of your $75 ceremony. You don't need to bring anyone.
Is Just Vows a chapel?
No, and that's exactly the point. Just Vows is a private office-based ceremony service. We are not affiliated with any chapel, church, or religious institution. Our ceremonies are completely non-denominational.
How long does the ceremony take?
Our ceremonies are designed to be simple and efficient. Most ceremonies are completed within 15–20 minutes, though we're happy to accommodate any special requests.
Can I walk in without an appointment?
Yes! Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 4 PM. You can also call or email ahead to schedule your preferred time.
What is an Apostille and do I need one?
An Apostille is an official authentication of your marriage certificate, required if you plan to use it in a foreign country. We offer Standard, Priority, and Rush Apostille services — see our Services page for details and pricing.
