Please read these policies before you book. They apply to every appointment accepted under these terms and explain payment, cancellations, rescheduling, arrival, and what to bring to your ceremony.

Booking & Cancellation
Payment at booking
The full $75 ceremony fee is required to reserve an appointment. No additional payment-processing fee is charged to you. Additional document services are charged separately.

Rescheduling

How notice is measured
Notice is measured from when Just Vows receives your request to the scheduled appointment time, using Las Vegas local time. The same terms apply to appointments booked less than 24 hours in advance.
How to cancel or reschedule: You must contact Just Vows directly. Call or text 725-255-7774 or email hello@justvows.vegas. Making a new booking does not cancel or transfer payment from an existing reservation.
Refunds and cancellations by Just Vows
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. If Just Vows cancels your appointment, you may choose a full refund or a free transfer to another available appointment.
Booking acknowledgment: At checkout you will be asked to select "I agree" to confirm the booking and payment terms, including the 24-hour notice requirement, the $35 late-cancellation/no-show fee, and the $35 late-rescheduling fee.
Ceremony & Arrival
- What's Included Allow approximately 20 minutes for check-in, paperwork, and the ceremony. A licensed wedding officiant and a witness are included. A ring exchange is optional.
- Guest Limit A maximum of four guests may attend, in addition to the couple. A witness is provided, so you do not need to bring your own.
Arrival and late arrivals
Please arrive on time and no more than 10 minutes early. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, Just Vows may be unable to accommodate your ceremony. If the ceremony cannot proceed, the late-cancellation or late-rescheduling terms above apply.
Marriage license and identification
You are responsible for obtaining your marriage license before the appointment. Both partners must bring their original marriage license paperwork and valid government-issued photo identification. If required documents are missing and the ceremony cannot proceed, the late-cancellation or late-rescheduling terms apply.

Check-in and entry
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM: Check in with reception.
- Outside those hours: When you arrive at the main entrance, please ring the doorbell or call/text 725-255-7774 for entry.
Optional document services
Rush filing, certified marriage certificates, and apostille service for use outside the United States are available for additional fees. Pricing and arrangements are confirmed with you before proceeding. Expressing interest during booking does not itself purchase these services.
Weekend rush filing
Wedding ceremonies are available on weekends. Rush filing services are unavailable on weekends and will be completed on the next business day according to the selected filing option.
Marriage license vs. certified certificate
The marriage license you bring to the ceremony is separate from the certified marriage certificate, which is available after the completed certificate has been recorded.

How much is the ceremony and when do I pay?
The full $75 ceremony fee is due at booking to reserve your appointment. There is no additional payment-processing fee.
Can I get a full refund if I cancel?
Yes, if we receive your cancellation at least 24 hours before your appointment, you receive a full $75 refund. With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you miss the appointment, $40 is refunded and $35 is retained.
Can I reschedule for free?
One reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice is free, and your payment transfers to the new appointment. With less than 24 hours' notice, a $35 change fee applies and must be paid before the new appointment is confirmed.
What if I arrive late?
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may be unable to perform your ceremony, and the late-cancellation or late-rescheduling terms apply.
What should we bring?
Both partners must bring their original marriage license paperwork and valid government-issued photo identification. You do not need to bring a witness, as one is provided.
How many guests can come?
Up to four guests may attend in addition to the couple.
